1. Payment - Orders must be paid for before shipping. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You may also mail in a check or money order, or fax in your credit card information.
2. Refunds - RETAIL: Full purchase price minus shipping charges if returned in original, resellable condition within 30 days.
WHOLESALE: no returns/refunds except for errors in fulfillment or damage during transit.
3. Shipping - US: Flat rate of $7.00 regardless of quantity, and includes all insurance, packaging and handling charges. Orders shipped to continental U.S. addresses only; no PO Boxes. Most orders shipped within 5 business days via ground carrier or Priority Mail.
INTERNATIONAL: shipping charges are based on destination country and weight, and will be shown before final checkout.
Drop Shipping - Orders from verified wholesale customers who are in our drop ship program can be drop shipped directly to their customers.
